The safari tent by the serene waterside was a perfect retreat for us, a family of four with our furry friend. the balconies overlooking the water were a highlight, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Engaging in various activities like windsurfing and cycling added a thrill to our holiday, complementing the tranquility of the old fishing village of Spakenburg. the on-site bar added a touch of sociability to our evenings, where we savored drinks in the company of fellow travelers. the thoughtful inclusion of a fitness center and barbecue facilities enhanced our experience, offering a mix of relaxation and recreation. The tent itself was beautifully furnished, reflecting a blend of Dutch design aesthetics and modern comfort. From the free WiFi to the fully equipped kitchen, every detail was meticulously curated for a memorable stay. Venturing out to explore Utrecht, just a short distance away, added a cultural dimension to our trip, complementing the natural beauty of the surroundings. Overall, our stay at Jachthaven Nieuwboer was a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration, making it a unique destination for families and nature enthusiasts alike.
